You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your Memory Bank. By uploading, you grant Europa Memory Bank a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely to provide you with the service. We will never use your content for marketing without your explicit consent.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload.
You confirm you hold the necessary rights to upload all content, including photos of others.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal or violates any third-party rights.
Europa Memory Bank is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for data loss caused by technical faults, server outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
